PETG Laminated Gloss MDF

ZHIHUA is the first company which can produce PETG Gloss Sheet in China. PETG Sheet, for its outstanding thermoforming characteristics for applications, it is widely used as goods package, advertisement and furniture materials.
Compared with other plastic films like PVC & Acrylic, PETG sheet has its own advantages as followings:
1) Scratch resistance. We have special treatment to the surface of the PETG sheet, to make it much more scratch resistance. Its surface hardness can be as 4H or above.
2) Chemical resistance. PETG carries with superior chemical resistance when compared with many other transparent plastics, which ensures that there will be no color difference or changes, and its brightness will not be affected and lasts for long time.
3) Healthy material. It is laboratory certified that PETG is healthy material which can be used directly for food packing. So if the PETG is used in your furniture, what else do you still need to worry about?
Now there are 15 colors of PETG products from ZHIHUA Company, Plain colors and metallic colors. Standard size: 1220x2440x0.8mm, Customers can choose the PETG sheet or the one laminated onto different size of MDF Board.
